Our 3 season room needed a new floor in the worst way. After much frustration trying to find a contractor that would meet our needs, we met Ken and were very impressed. We found Ken to be reasonably priced, communicative, professional and has an easygoing quality about him that immediately put us at ease. He spoke in terms we understood and made us feel comfortable discussing ideas without needing to interpret any technical jargon. He was also very flexible with the ordering of materials (he will get them or we can get them). Once the ceramic tile floor was completed, Ken took and extra trip to our home to discuss the maintenance of the floor and any future issues that may arise. In the end we couldn’t have been more pleased when the job he completed.

Ken did quite a number jobs at my house, from installing some complicated molding to the entire rebuild of a front portico — he did a wonderful job on everything. From the initial estimate to cleanup, he was professional and a pleasure to deal with. I will happily contract with him again for future projects and definitely recommend him.

The main bathroom was completely redone in a timely, professional, and creative manner.
